Bring it
to your gym
You don't come to us — we come to you. Missy and Eric travel to your gym, together or solo, and build each seminar around what your room actually needs.
How it works
Technique up. Energy up.
A great seminar does two things at once: it levels up your students' technique, and it sends a jolt of energy through the whole room. Pricing is flat-rate — no haggling, no surprises — and every session is built around your school, your students, and what you'd like covered.
Eric Bydairk
Where wrestling meets jiu-jitsu.
Eric brings something relatively rare to a seminar: legitimate high-level wrestling from his NCAA Division I days at Lock Haven University, decades of jiu-jitsu under Chris Haueter, and a proven ability to teach the two as one coherent grappling system.
Expect takedowns, hand fighting, underhooks, front headlocks, positional control, and the transitions that turn a successful takedown into dominant jiu-jitsu rather than the end of the exchange. It's the same material he has taught at BJJ Globetrotters camps since 2018.
Missy Baize
Technique, energy, culture.
Missy stays deeply plugged into the competitive and camp circuit, so your students get fresh, current, mat-tested technique — not a rerun of positions they already drill.
The bigger win is what she does for the room. Missy knows how to build culture, energize a group, and leave students — from nervous white belts to seasoned competitors — more confident and more connected to the sport. If you want your gym to feel different after the seminar, not just know one more move, she's the one to call.
Women's-only
A session for the women on your mat.
Missy teaches women's-only seminars — and women's-only private lessons — built on the same current, mat-tested technique, in a room where the women at your gym set the pace.
A format gyms love: Missy opens the day with a women's-only session, then Eric runs a coed seminar — every student on your mat gets a seminar built for them.
Or book them both
Two black belts, one visit.
Eric handles the standing exchange and the transition to the ground; Missy brings the current technique, the energy, and the culture. The two-coach weekend package runs $2,500 plus travel — vs $2,750 booking the women's-only session and Eric's seminar separately.
